Shipping & Returns Policy
You will need to email us about your return and wait to get your return approved.
Exchange or store credit is given.
No refunds. All sales are final.
Your item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days from the date received.
Merchandise must be in new condition with tags still attached and must have the original receipt or invoice that was shipped with the order.
We will not accept merchandise that has been used or altered in any manner.
Note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Exchanges: Because merchandise quantities are limited, we cannot guarantee that the item you want will be available.
You may exchange for other item of equal or greater value. Please note that in the event that your exchange needs additional funds, you will be responsible to pay the difference.
Buyer is also responsible for shipping fees when returning or exchanging an item.
Discount coupons does not apply to your exchanged items.
After an order has been placed we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund. Please email us with any questions prior to ordering.
Please provide a tracking number for your return. This is necessary for all returns to provide a tracking number to us once a return has been made.
Store credit will be issued for your return once we receive it. You will then be able to log into your customer account and place a new order. Store credit should be available at checkout for you to use to pay for the new order. You can also log into your customer account at any time to check on you store credit balance/amount. Please note, you have to log in using the same email that you used on the previous order. IF you create a new account using a different email, store credit will not be applied and once the new order is placed we cannot cancel it. Please be sure to use the same email address as you used for your previous order.
