Shipping & Returns Policy

 

SHIPPING

 

Please allow up to 2-7 business days to process your order. Rest assured, your package will ship as soon as possible, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number when it does. We greatly appreciate your patience. 

 

 

Returns for www.beautifulonemodest.com orders

Beautiful One will issue store credit for all returns of purchases made on our ecommerce website. Merchandise must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Returns will only be accepted after it is approved. Please email orders.beautifulonemodest.com for approval. This return process is only offered for orders within the USA.  Heavily discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Final sale items will be returned to the shipping address provided on the original order. Please be advised that Beautiful One is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  Your item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days from the date received.


You will need to email us about your return and wait to get your return approved. 

 

 

Returns for Live Sales: 

 

Beautiful One will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the original form of payment. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Returns will only be accepted after it is approved. Please email orders.beautifulonemodest.com for approval. This return process is only offered for orders within the USA.  Heavily discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Final sale items will be returned to the shipping address provided on the original order. Please be advised that Beautiful One is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 




EXCHANGES

Because merchandise quantities are limited, we cannot guarantee that the item you want will be available. You may exchange for other item of equal or greater value. Please note that in the event that your exchange needs additional funds, you will be responsible to pay the difference.

Buyer is also responsible for shipping fees when returning or exchanging an item. 

 

DISCOUNT COUPONS

Discount coupons does not apply to your exchanged items.

After an order has been placed we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund. Please email us with any questions prior to ordering. 

 

 

Customer Returns

Please provide a tracking number for your return.  This is necessary for all returns to provide a tracking number to us once a return has been made. 

 

STORE CREDIT: 

Store credit will be issued for your return once we receive it. You will then be able to log into your customer account and place a new order. Store credit should be available at checkout for you to use to pay for the new order. You can also log into your customer account at any time to check on you store credit balance/amount. Please note, you have to log in using the same email that you used on the previous order. IF you create a new account using a different email, store credit will not be applied and once the new order is placed we cannot cancel it. Please be sure to use the same email address as you used for your previous order.
